We follow a simple 6-step process:

1. Web page content is copied into MSWord files.

2. Word files are translated followed by proofreading.

3. CILFO Translation copies text into HTML files and makes adjustments to layout where needed –  this may require a consultation with the client if major edits are called for.

4. HTML files are returned to the client.

5. Client notifies CILFO Translations once files are uploaded to the website’s ISP server so that final proofreading can begin.  Please note, proofreading rates vary for pages that we have translated versus web pages that we have not been involved in translating.  Web pages that require proofreading that were not translated by CILFO Translations must be submitted with their respective URL(s).

6. A screen capture of each page requiring changes will be done using Adobe Acrobat and comments inserted into the resulting pdf files to identify the error(s) on each page.

In addition, we can handle content extraction from HTML files as well as reloading of translated text into the HTML source code, followed by uploading of the HTML files to the client's ISP server.
